Alfred BYIRINGIRO
Chairperson of The Board of Directors
Alfred Byiringiro is the Chairperson of the Road Maintenance Fund (RMF) since 19 January 2018.
He is also the Chief Technical Advisor in charge of Transport in the Ministry of Infrastructure (MININFRA). He joined the Ministry of Infrastructure in April 2017 when he was appointed the Division Manager for Transport. Prior to joining MININFRA in April 2017, he served as Road Construction Specialist in Rwanda Transport Development Agency (RTDA) where he was managing road construction projects.
He holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Civil Engineering from the Stellenbosch University obtained in April 2014 and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the former National University of Rwanda obtained in 2008.
